HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping may take 3-21 days depending on the country of delivery.

Please note that shipping does NOT include processing/ production time. That may take an additional 3-10 business days before your order ships. This depends on if your item ordered is in stock, if not, we have to make the product before it is shipped out!

Typically for US customers, shipping averages around 3-7 business days.

For outside of the US, shipping depends on the carrier and the location of delivery.

will i receive a tracking number?

Yes, all tiers of shipping includes a tracking number! That way we can both ensure that you receive your order.

Do you offer/take commission work?

At this time commissions are closed as we are quite busy with requests at the moment. Feel free to reach out to discuss ideas when we have commissions open!

Where are your events located?

We update monthly about our events we attend in the local Houston area on our events page.

i ordered the wrong design/ size, what can i do?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/ exchanges when the customer orders the wrong design or size. Because all items are made to order, it's difficult for us to offer those at the time as a small business. We can however offer a discount for your next purchase if you'd like. But please double-check your order and items listed before making the purchase.

If you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we can assist you in canceling the order if it has not shipped out yet.
